Thai Steamed Fish
Ingredients A: Sauce
Mix all ingredients (A) with AJI-NO-MOTO®.
Prepare the fish, place the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves under the fish.
Place the sliced ginger on the fish and pour the sauce mixture (A) over the fish and steam for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the steamer, garnish with sliced lime and coriander leaves.
Ready to serve.
