AMB is committed to facilitating your access to and correction of your personal data to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and currency. REMOVAL OF PERSONAL DATA AND STEPS
If you wish to have your personal data removed from our records, please submit a removal request by contacting our General Affairs Department at 03-79806958 during office hours (8:00 am to 4:50 pm, Monday to Thursday, or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday). Ensure your request includes your full name, contact information, and a clear description of the data to be removed. We may need to verify your identity for security purposes. We aim to process removal requests promptly within 2 weeks, but certain legal obligations or business needs may require data retention. Upon successful removal, we will notify you; if we can’t fulfill the request, we’ll provide reasons. REVIEW MODERATION POLICY
Our Recipe & Product Review Moderation Policy ensures that all user-submitted product reviews on www.smartcooking.com.my are reviewed and moderated by our admin team. The moderation process includes assessing relevance, language, and adherence to our guidelines. Approved reviews will be published within 3-5 business days. Points associated with published reviews will be reflected in users’ accounts once reviews are approved & published. We strive to maintain transparency, communicate rejections, and address user concerns. Users are expected to comply with our guidelines, and we reserve the right to reject or remove reviews that violate our policies. We appreciate users’ contributions and aim to provide a valuable platform for sharing product experiences.
