Shipping and Delivery Information

Orders made are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) within 3-7 business days from the order’s date. We use J&T as our standard delivery courier, we are not liable for any delays on the courier’s end. 

Exchange Policy

This Exchange policy is only applicable for Ajinomoto Smart Cooking online store. 

For exchange, please reach out to our customer service of Smart Cooking Website via email with your order number and information provided on the affected item within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons: 

  1. If the products delivered if in damaged or defective condition; or
  2. If the wrong product is being delivered. Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase. 
  3. If the product is expired. 
  4. Products has to be exchange with the same product in the initial order made. 

*Please be informed that we do not offer a refund, only exchange of product is applicable if any of the above situation happens. 

Exchange of Products is not eligible if: 

  1. Incorrect product purchased by customer. 
  2. Excessive of product purchased by customer. 


If you return or cancel part of an order that was paid with coupon/voucher, the coupon/voucher will become invalid and will not be restored.

Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Berhad reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
