Stingray Spicy Assam
Ingredients A: Blended
Heat the cooking oil, sauté ingredients (A) until the oil separates.
Pour in tamarind juice and water, mix well.
Add in ginger torch and laksa leaf.
Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and sugar.
Add in lady’s finger, eggplant and fish. Let it boil until the fish is fully cooked.
Ready to serve.
