‘Nasi Lemak’ Sushi
'Nasi Lemak' Sushi
Grind chili paste, onion, shallot, garlic and anchovies finely with water.
Heat cooking oil and stir-fry the grinded ingredients until the oil breaks.
Add tamarind paste and water. Simmer.
Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and sugar.
Ready to serve with Nasi Lemak’ Sushi.
Nasi Lemak’ Sushi
Put all the ingredients into the rice cooker. Press the switch and let it cook.
Let the rice cool, take 1½ tbsp of rice, squeeze and shape into elongated squares. Repeat until finish.
Wrap the rice with longitudinally sliced Japanese cucumber.
Place sambal, egg, anchovies and peanuts on top of each rice.
Ready to serve.
