Heat the cooking oil, sauté ingredients (A) until fragrant.

Add in cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom and soup spices.

Add in chicken feet, water, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, salt, fish sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves.

Boil for 20 minutes over medium heat or until the chicken feet become tender.

Add in potato, carrot and bird eye’s chilli, boil for another 20 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add lime juice, mix well.
7
Add coriander leaves and ready to serve.
