Golden Curry Seafood Fried Rice
Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry dried scallop until fragrant and crispy. Keep aside half portion of the fried dried scallop.
Add in curry leaf, spring onion and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.
Add in crab filament stick, squid, shrimp and pineapple. Continue to stir fry until cooked.
Add white rice and sprinkle Seri-Aji® Curry Fried Rice Seasoning 26g. Stir-fry until mixed-well.
Top with fried dried scallop and serve hot.
