Crispy Fried Fish
Marinate the fish with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt, spring onion and ginger. Rub evenly all over the fish and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Remove ginger and spring onion on the fish and lightly coat it with tapioca starch.
Heat up oil in a wok and deep fry the fish until golden and crispy.
Arrange on serving plate.
Sweet & Sour Sauce
Heat up cooking oil, stir fry holland onion, yellow capsicum and red capsicum.
Add in chili sauce, tomato sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well.
Add water and cucumber. Bring it to boil.
Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and sugar. Stir well.
Add in corn starch mixture and simmer until sauce slightly thickened.
Pour on top of the fried fish and serve hot.
