Marinate chicken with TUMIX® Chicken Stock for 30 minutes.

Heat the oil.

Dip the chicken drumstick into the flour and beaten eggs.

Fry until it is cooked.

Serve the chicken chop with blanched carrots, beans and fries.
Chicken Chop Sauce
1
Sauté the garlic, cook over lower heat, add in chilli sauce, tomato sauce, honey, water, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Mix well.
