Masak Merah Chicken
Marinate chicken with Seri-Aji® Multipurpose Seasoning.
Fry until crispy and set aside.
Mix Seri-Aji® Masak Merah Seasoning with water until well combined.
Heat ½ cup of frying oil, fry onion until softened.
Add in Seri-Aji® Masak Merah Seasoning mixture, boil until thicken.
Add in fried chicken and yellow onion. Mix until chicken is coated with the sauce.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Ready to serve.
