Heat oil. Stir-fry egg then set aside.

Saute shallot and garlic until fragrant. Mix in the fried egg.

Sprinkle 1 sachet of SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning and stir well.

Add mee hoon and stir-fry until even. Serve hot.
