Melt butter in a heated pan, stir-fry onion and garlic. When cleaning white button mushrooms, brush away any visible dirt with a kitchen towel until it’s clean.

Add in mushroom and stir fry until both sides of mushroom are cooked or turned brown.

Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper.

Add in chopped parsley and stir well. Ready to serve.
