Creamy Mushroom Chicken

Fried Boneless Chicken Thigh

Marinate boneless chicken thigh with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, corn starch and unsalted butter then let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a skillet or a pan then pan-fry the boneless chicken thigh for 5 minutes each side. Keep aside.
Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and yellow onion then stir-fry until browned.

Add in brown button mushroom and stir fry until mushroom softened.

Add in cooking cream, water, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper. Mix well.

Add in the pan-fried boneless chicken thigh. Mix well. Ready to serve.
Tips:

The dish best serve immediately. As it will thicken as it cools down.
