1/4 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®

Enough Oil

Seasoning

1 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

Sprinkle AJI-NO-MOTO® on the fish.

Marinate the fish with seasoning ingredients for 5 - 10 minutes.

Heat up oil and fry the fish until golden brown.
