Tear the mushroom into bite-sized pieces.

Add in the egg batter and mix well.

Sprinkle potato flour over the mushroom and mix well.

Heat the cooking oil and fry until golden.

Sprinkle AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and ready to serve.
