In a pot, melt butter and 15g flour. Cook the butter flour dough until fragrant and smells like cookies or toasted peanuts.

Then add in milk, water and macaroni.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt. Let it boil for 7-8 minutes over medium heat or until it dries up.

Add in the cheese and turn the heat to low heat. Keep stirring until all the cheese melted and thickens.

Scoop the macaroni mixture into an ice maker tray. Slightly press the macaroni and make sure all packed tight. Place in a zip lock bag and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight in freezer.

Unmould the macaroni and coat evenly with remaining wheat flour, then with egg and lastly white breadcrumbs.

Deep-fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown and crispy. Ready to serve.
