Heat up a frying pan over medium heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in the pan and arrange 6-10 pieces of gyoza, cook for 2 minutes.

Add 60cc of water.

Cover and cook for 2 minutes on a medium heat.

Remove the lid, leave on a medium heat and let the water evaporate. (Around 2 ~ 3 minutes).

When the bottom is golden brown, turn off the heat and it’s ready to serve.

Tips

Require to always store in the freezer.

No defrost is needed before cook.

Always store in the freezer at below -18˚C.
