Mix breadcrumbs with 10 shakes AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper in a bowl and set aside.

In another bowl, beat egg with cold whole milk then add wheat flour and mix well.

Season with 10 shakes AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper.

Dip broccoli stem into the batter, then hold it up over the bowl, to drain excessive batter. Then coat in the breadcrumbs mixture.

Heat up air-fryer at 180˚C and then arrange the broccoli stem in the air-fryer basket. Sprinkle cooking oil.

Air-fry for 10 minutes at 180˚C. Flip and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Shake 5 times AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper over and mix well.

Ready to serve.
