Fried Tempe

Thin cut the Tempe and put into a bowl.

Add the turmeric powder, AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and mix well.

Heat the oil and fry the Tempe until it is crispy.

Remove the crispy Tempe and dry off the excessive oil with a kitchen towel.
Sos Tempe Goreng

Cut and pound the bird’s eye chilli.

Slice and mash the garlic until smooth.

Mix bird’s eye chilli, garlic, sweet soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and AJI-NO-MOTO® in a bowl and mix well.

Add salt to taste.
