In a mixing bowl, break up the tuna with a fork.

Toss with celery, onion and parsley.

Add mayonnaise, mustard and season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, to taste.

Stir to combine.

Add lemon juice, to taste.

Cut tomato into halves and remove seeds.

Fill with tuna filling and garnish with coriander leaves.
