Fry the potatoes.

Remove the potatoes and dry off the excessive oil with the kitchen towel.

Sauté the garlic, yellow onion (finely sliced and pound) and dried shrimps until fragrant.

Add in the fried potatoes, sliced yellow onion, red chilies and the chopped coriander leaves.

Add in AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt to taste.

Fry until it cooks.
