Method for Wat Tan Hor
Heat the cooking, fry flat rice noodles with soy sauce until well coated. Set it aside.
Heat the cooking oil, sauté garlic and ginger until the aromatic fragrance rises.
Add in the prawn, squid, chicken and fish cake, brown it well.
Add in the water, oyster sauce and all the vegetables. Season it with TUMIX® and AJI-SHIO®.
Let it boil, pour in the eggs while stirring consistently before thickens the sauce with the corn flour mixture.
To assemble, lay the flat noodles in a bowl, pour in the sauce on top and sprinkle some spring onion, fried onion and sesame oil to complete the look. Ready to serve.
Method for Orange Pudding
Stir water and agar-agar powder on medium heat.
When it boils and the agar-agar powder dissolves, turn off the heat.
Add orange flavour cordial and Pal Sweet®.
Pour into mould and let it set.
Chill and ready to serve with low-fat milk.
