Stir-Fried Asparagus With Scallops

Mix all ingredients (A) in a bowl. Keep aside.

Boil water in a pot and blanch carrot and asparagus for 1 minute. Remove and soak with iced water for 1 minute to stop carry-over cooking. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and pan-seared scallop for 1-2 minutes for both sides. Keep aside.

In the same pan, add in garlic, ginger and prawn, then stir-fry until fragrant and prawn fully-cooked.

Add in blanched carrot and asparagus, then stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Pour ingredients (A) and stir well.

Turn off the heat, add in sesame oil and stir well.

Ready to serve.
