Coat the fish with SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning.

Heat the oil, fry the fish till cooked. Put aside.

Heat ½ cup of the same cooking oil, stir fry shallot and onion till fragrant.

Add in green chilli dan fry till cook.

Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and TUMIX® Anchovy Stock, stir well.

Turn off the fire, add in Pal Sweet® Sweetener. Stir well.

Pour the green sambal onto the fish and serve while hot.
