Three-Flavoured Pomfret

Fried Pomfret
Mix the mackerel fish with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt, and turmeric powder.
Coat the fish with corn flour.
Heat cooking oil and deep-fry the fish until fully cooked and crispy.
Ready to be served with the three-flavoured sauce.
Three-Flavoured Gravy
Heat cooking oil and stir-fry shallot, garlic, ginger, and lemongrass until fragrant and slightly golden.
Add ground chili and tomatoes. Stir-fry until the oil breaks.
Add chili sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.
Add pineapples, green capsicum, red chili and yellow onion. Stir-fry until wilted.
Add water and mix thoroughly.
Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and sugar. Mix well.
Pour over the fried pomfret fish and sprinkle with coriander leaf.
Ready to serve with the three-flavoured sauce.
