Heat oil, stir-fry garlic, dried chilies, dried shrimp, yellow onion and curry leaves until fragrant.

Add cabbage and squid, stir-fry. Push aside in the wok.

Add curry powder and sweet soy sauce, stir-well and mix well with the cabbage.
