Boil the chicken carcass with 2 liters water, simmer for 30 minutes to get a 1.5 liter of plain chicken broth. Remove the chicken carcass and set the plain chicken broth aside.

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the minced ingredients until fragrant.

Add in chicken meat, fish cake and fish ball.

Add in chicken broth and TUMIX®, let it boil.

Add in all the vegetables and season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

Place a portion of yellow noodle in a bowl, pour the soup over it and serve with the remaining accompaniments.
