Boil Yee Mee, then toss.

Heat 1 cup of water, boil barley until cooked. Set aside.

Sauté onion, garlic and ginger with cooking oil till the ingredients become fragrant.

Add chicken meat and cook for a few minutes.

Add barley & water, prawn, carrot, broccoli, capsicum, baby bok choy, soft tofu, and mushroom. Cook till the vegetables become soft.

Season with thick soy sauce, oyster sauce, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and sesame oil. Boil for a few minute.

Off the fire and pour the sauce onto the Yee Mee. Garnish with cherry tomato.

Serve hot.
