Break the eggs and mix them with TUMIX® Anchovy Stock.

Heat cooking oil and fry the eggs until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot and stir fry ingredients (A) until fragrant and browned.

Add water, black pepper powder, potato, carrot and cauliflower.

Season TUMIX® Anchovy Stock. Stir well.

Add the fried eggs and sprinkle condiments.
7
Ready to serve.
