Heat up oil in a pan, stir-fry ground chicken meat until slightly browned.

Add in sweet soy sauce, AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and sesame oil, stir-well.

Add in spring onion, stir-well then turn off the heat. Keep aside.

Beat egg with whisk. Add in warm water slowly while whisking. Strain the egg mixture, add in AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and salt. Mix well.

Prepare a glass bowl or depth plate. Pour egg mixture and place in the steamer, steam for 15 minutes or until cook through.

Pour sesame oil and stir-fried minced chicken on top. Garnish with spring onion.
