Mix Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g with 325 ml water. 1 packet of Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g can be used to make 17 pieces of fritters.

Add in cut carrot, cabbage, chive and celery into the batter. Mix well.

Take a spoon of the batter and fry until golden brown.

Method: Sauce

Put ground dried chilli, water, garlic and tamarind juice in a pot, bring to boil.

Add in Seri-Aji® Tom Yam Seasoning, sugar and salt. Simmer over low heat.

Ready to serve with Seri-Aji® Vegetable Fritter.

    Easy to prepare even in the morning rush hour to get ready for kids to go to school. - just add water and stir with pre-prepped vege - carrot strips and French beans. Tastes good even after 4 hours during their recess. Savoury and appetizing, not too salty, too!
