Heat up oil. Saute garlic and shrimp paste together.

Stir in chili paste, oyster sauce and water.

Add in lemongrass and kaffir leaves.

Add in bird’s eye chilli together with chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Mix until well combined.

Add in all of Ingredients (B). Stir until all vegetables are halfway cooked.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, sugar and salt. Stir well.

Ready to serve.
