I am aware that tamarind juice and sambal are frequently used in cooking. I haven’t tried these two condiments with glass noodles, though. The dish comes out tasting quite flavorful from the shallots, garlic, and lemongrass. And the blending with various kinds of veggies. This supper idea is truly a one-pot wonder meal

Heat the cooking oil and fry the blended ingredients (A) until fragrant and oil separates.

Add in tamarind paste juice and sweet soy sauce. Mix until well combined.

Add in carrot and stir until soft.

Add in prawns and long bean, stir until prawns are cooked.

Cook and mix tempeh, tofu, potato, glass noodle and tofu sheet.

Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and salt. Mix well.

Ready to serve.

Really worth to try this recipe! It required some work to be done with many ingredients, but the process is fast and easy. The final taste bring back old memories about raya. Of course,raya will be more fun with Sambal Goreng Jawa.😍
