Ingredients

3 cloves Garlic

2 tbsp Tamarind juice, mixed thickly

2 tbsp Anchovies (fried)

1 no Onion

2 nos Red chillies

10 nos Green bird’s eye chilli

1/2 inch Belacan

1 no Calamansi

1/2 Salt

1/2 AJI-NO-MOTO®

1/2 Sugar

1 no Tomato

Instructions

Crush all of the ingredients.

Add tamarind juice and calamansi juice.

Ready to serve.
