Coat enoki mushroom with Seri-Aji® Original Seasoned Flour 150g / Seri-Aji® Spicy Seasoned Flour 150g.

Place on top of the wanton skin, apply water to the end of the wanton skin and fold. Repeat until done.

Heat cooking oil. Fry enoki wanton until crisp and golden.

Ready to be served.
