Dumpling Soup

Mix all ingredients (A) with the seasoning until elastic. Wrap 1 tbsp of filling with the dumpling wrapper.

Bring the soup to boil, add in the prepared dumplings and allow to boil. The dumplings will be completely cooked when they float on a surface of boiling water.

Add in romaine lettuce and garnish, serve hot.
Pandan Pudding

Stir milk and agar-agar powder on medium heat.

When it boils and the agar-agar powder dissolves, turn off the heat.

Add pandan flavour concentration and Pal Sweet®.

Pour into a mould and let it set.

Chill and ready to serve.
