Mix all the ingredients (B) with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper until evenly combined.

Coat the marinated potatoes with mixed ingredients (B), stir-fry the coated potatoes until crispy.

Serve with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper.
