Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add in cinnamon, cardamom and star anise, fry until fragrant.

Then add in shallot, onion and garlic, stir fry until fragrant.

Add the chicken, water and stir, then cover the pot and simmer until half cooked.

Then add in potato, carrot and cook until tender.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.

Sprinkle with chinese celery.

Ready to serve.
