Heat cooking oil and sauté garlic, shallot and ginger until golden and fragrant.

Add chicken, carrot and potato, mix well.

Add 1 packet of Seri-Aji® Chicken Soup Seasoning 20g. Stir well and boil. Then, simmer for 30 minutes over low heat until chicken is cooked, potato and carrot are tender.

Garnish with celery leaf and fried shallot.

Ready to serve.
