Heat cooking oil, and stir-fry ingredients A until oil splatters.

Add chicken, stir, and let it cook until the chicken is half cooked.

Add turmeric leaves, lime leaves, and coconut milk.

Season with AJI-NO-MOTO®, Gula Melaka, sweet soy sauce, and salt.

Stir until slightly dry and oil rises to the surface.

Add toasted grated coconut, mix well, and cook until dry.

Ready to serve.
