Instructions

Marinate the chicken with ½ tbsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry chicken until cooked. Remove and set aside.

Reduce oil in the wok, then add lemongrass, curry leaf and stir fry until fragrant.

Add ingredients (A) and stir fry until golden and fragrant.

Add chili paste and water, then stir fry until the oil breaks.

Add soy sauce and the fried chicken. Mix well.
