Mix the chicken with TUMIX® Chicken Stock and turmeric powder.
Heat cooking oil and fry the chicken until crispy, then set aside.
Reduce the oil in the pan, add cardamom and cinnamon bark. Stir fry until fragrant.
Add large onions and curry leaves, stir-fry until aromatic.
Add the blended ingredients (A), dried chili paste and tomato puree. Stir-fry until the oil separates.
Add fennel powder, cumin powder and kas kas powder. Mix well.
Add tomato, red chili, water, fried chicken and coconut milk. Cook until the gravy thickens.
Season with TUMIX® Chicken Stock. Mix well.
Ready to serve.
The best thing that I like about this dish is the spicy, savoury taste and irresistible smell. Most importantly, the recipe shared is easy to cook which in turn can save my time in kitchen. Apart from that, the adding of TUMIX Chicken Stock mixes well with my other ingredients and enhances the taste and aroma of the dish.
