Mix the chicken with TUMIX® Chicken Stock and turmeric powder.

Heat cooking oil and fry the chicken until crispy, then set aside.

Reduce the oil in the pan, add cardamom and cinnamon bark. Stir fry until fragrant.

Add large onions and curry leaves, stir-fry until aromatic.

Add the blended ingredients (A), dried chili paste and tomato puree. Stir-fry until the oil separates.

Add fennel powder, cumin powder and kas kas powder. Mix well.

Add tomato, red chili, water, fried chicken and coconut milk. Cook until the gravy thickens.

Season with TUMIX® Chicken Stock. Mix well.

Ready to serve.

Fragrant basmati rice is paired with tender pieces of chicken, simmered in a rich creamy spicy tomato sauce, creating a deliciously satisfying dish that’s sure to please your palate.
Nasi Briyani Recipe:-
Ingredients
* 1cup Cap Rambutan PusaKing 1121 Basmathi Parboiled
* 1tbsp olive oil
* 1 1/4cup chicken stock/water
* 4 cardamoms
* 6 cloves
* 2 star anise
* 1 large onion, skinned, peeled & minced
* 10 shallots, skinned, peeled & minced
* 4 cloves garlic, skinned & sliced thin
* 1 inch ginger, skinned, peeled & sliced thin
* 2 stalks lemongrass
* 2 pandan leaves, knotted
* 250ml evaporated milk
* 1 tsp saffron
* 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped, for garnish
* 1 sprinkle fried onions
* 4tbsp rose water
* Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cardamom, cloves and star anise.
2. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and pandan leaves, and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Pour in the chicken stock, evaporated milk, saffron and mint leaves. Bring it to a boil.
4. Add salt and rice. Simmer until the rice is cooked, in about 20 min.
5. Reduce the heat and cover the pot.
6. Let it simmer again for 10 min, then add the rose water and cook again for 5 min.
7. Sprinkle with fried onions.
