Mix the chicken with TUMIX® Chicken Stock and turmeric powder.

Heat cooking oil and fry the chicken until crispy, then set aside.

Reduce the oil in the pan, add cardamom and cinnamon bark. Stir fry until fragrant.

Add large onions and curry leaves, stir-fry until aromatic.

Add the blended ingredients (A), dried chili paste and tomato puree. Stir-fry until the oil separates.

Add fennel powder, cumin powder and kas kas powder. Mix well.

Add tomato, red chili, water, fried chicken and coconut milk. Cook until the gravy thickens.

Season with TUMIX® Chicken Stock. Mix well.

Ready to serve.

Today’s lunch is this dish. Taste-wise it’s a bit like ayam masak merah to me but with an interesting twist. My husband loved it.
Memang menu kegemaran keluarga saya.Tapi bila cuba resepi ni..memang superb…terbaik…
Akan dtg memang akan terus gunakan resepi ni..
Ayam masak ros memang pevret kami satu family ..
