Heat the oven at 180°C.

Prepare 3 puff pastries to 8 × 6 inch rectangles.

Beat the egg and brush on puff pastry.

Sprinkle AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper on all sheets.

Beat the butter with garlic. Spread on first sheet.

Sprinkle seaweed on second sheet.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on all puff pastry sheet.

Cut the sheets into long strips.

Twist each strip and arrange on oven tray line with baking paper.
10
Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
