Instructions

Dry rub the beef meat with coriander, cumin and fennel powder.

Roast it in an oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Let it cool aside before cutting it into thick slices.

In a blender, blend all ingredients (B), transfer to a bowl and mix with the bird eyes chili, calamansi juice, onion and tomato.

Serve it together with sliced roasted beef.
