Mix one tablespoon of Seri-Aji® Seasoned Flour Original 150g with 4 tablespoons of cold water. Stir well and mix boneless chicken thigh with the mixture. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

Put Seri-Aji® Seasoned Flour Original 150g balance into a food container with a lid. Add the chicken, cover the container and shake so that the chicken is evenly coated.

Heat cooking oil and deep-fry the chicken until fully cooked and crisp.

Pipe mayonnaise onto crispy chicken satay and sprinkle Seri-Aji® Tom Yam Seasoning 72g.
