Mix egg yolks with white rice evenly. Keep aside.

Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry dried scallop until browned and fragrant.

Add in crab filament stick, squid, shrimp and spring onions. Continue to stir fry until cooked, then add in white eggs and stir-fry.

Add rice coated with egg yolk and sprinkle 3½ tbsp Seri-Aji® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning. Stir-fry until mixed-well.

Top with ebiko and serve hot.
