Mix all ingredients with 5 shakes AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper and 5 shakes AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper in a bowl and set aside.

Heat up air-fryer at 180˚C and then arrange the potato skin in the air-fryer basket.

Air-fry for 15 minutes at 180˚C or until golden and crispy.

Ready to serve.
