Mushroom Muffin

6 nos Eggs

4 nos White button mushroom, diced

1 nos Tomato, diced

1/2 no Holland onion, chopped

1/2 cup Baby spinach, sliced

1/2 cup Fresh milk

1/2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 tbsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper

Mix all ingredients together well with AJI-SHIO® Flavored Pepper.

Scoop the mixture inside a muffin tray or muffin cup.

Bake the mushroom muffin in the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Ready to serve.
